38 weeks and baby seems to have flipped back into breech position?

At 36 weeks my baby was head down in perfect position and already weighed 7lbs, so he's not a tiny baby. I'm now going on 38 weeks and it seems as if he has flipped back into breech position. I feel a large round lump on the top of my belly. I am uming that is his head and not his bottom. I could be wrong though. But this is what I felt earlier on when he was in breech. Anyway, I go to the doctor on Thursday. What can I expect? If the baby is breech will he attempt to turn him there in his office? Or do I have to go to the hospital so that they can monitor him while they try to turn him? Will they even TRY to turn him at this point? Or will they still wait until I am further along to try this? I was only 1 cm dilated at 36 weeks. So I am waiting to see what is going on this time. Also, my doc said he would induce me at 39 weeks. But if the baby is breech, will he go ahead and schedule a csection of flipping doesn't work? Of course, I will be asking my dr all these questions, but just looking for ur experiences....My first was very easy, never a problem, and this one has been the complete opposite since about 24 weeks. Completely different, so this is all new to me.
