Grinding Noise Coming from my rear end on my 2000 Mustang GT?

The best fluid in the world won't make the noise go away. I can't believe they told you it may go away after a few days. Obviously there is another bad bearing somewhere in the diff. Who put the motor oil in there? I would go see that person.
