my friend rena has a sister-shirley whose husband died about 2+ months ago. i made the mistake of calling shirley and saying i was sorry for her lose. shirley hung up on me. then shirley called rena and said i made her CRY. later that day i called rena and she was really mad at me-yelling and screaming, then hung up on me. now- rena will not talk to me at all. what makes people go off like that?
