I took to much Adderal. What should I do to recover?

So I've been off and on with Adderal. I wanted to stop it completely but I went back to it last night when I needed to stay up and study for a test. I hadn't been taking it for a week and I took 50mg. I pulled an all nighter and I ate nothing all day so far. I feel extremely nauseated and tired. What can I do to recover from this?
