Is psychoysis a science?

Dream interpretation, as it is generally construed on sites such as this, is really nothing more than an entertainment. It is like Tarot card reading or astrology. Dream interpretation as a tool of psychoysis at least has some theoretical underpinnings. But it is really more of a technique than a science.
