Im being accused of cheating without "Proof" What to do?

Before the test i was talking with my friends then i shouted "cheat Sheets" because i was making a joke or something. as soon as i said that i had a eye contact with my teacher. Then after the test he called me out of cl then asked were i got the leakage of the test and such. Then i kept telling him that i didnt have any. That we were just talking about something else. When i said that he said no i dont remember any of that but he clearly saw me as i shouted it. We even had eye contact so i dont really know what to do from here he really thinks i did cheat just because of that. do i have a chance to win this at this rate?
