Mandurah v's Rockingham (WA residents only)?

I would go with Mandurah, it is more of a satellite city.. whereas Rockingham is more of a suburb. They are both close to the coast which is good. Mandurah is also more developed, not sure how much you can spend but there a good housing developments along cs, more positive 'lifestyle' (fishing, boating, festivals) aspects to it and has a better vibe to it.. depends on what you like. If you are going to be buying a house in either location and have never been there before I recommend you rent a place for a month or two to see if you like the feel of the place.. Singleton would rate better than Rockingham too, which is another suburb near Rockingham. I cant comment too much on Rockingham 'cause all I've ever done is driven past/through the place.
