Zoology, Animal sciences, Wildlife biology, AHHH!!!?

A bio major will work. Just take as many electives as you can in the field of zoology. Don't forget the general biology courses, such as ecology, though. Once you start working, you'll learn more on the job than you did in school, so don't worry about it.
