Cats: false pregnancy following miscarriage.?

My cat was pregnant with at least 7 kittens and had a miscarriage. She lost a lot of blood. She's still gaining weight and weird about people touching her stomach. She's real pissy with her 6 month old kittens from a previous pregnancy. Is it possible that she's still pregnant with some kittens or if it's a false continuation of her miscarriage.
