Should a nearly 8 month old be crawling?

my daughter who is nearly 8 months old doesn't crawl or even scoot across the floor, she does try, and she tries hard she just doesn't get the concept, she acts as though she is in water and she can swim across the floor but of course that gets her no where. So anyone know if this is something I should be concerned about, also she got a push toy for xmas and she stands holding it (with me beside her) but she doesn't grasp the foot in the front of the other to walk she just stands and pushes it.

What Can I Pair up with these clothes? Please help me! Fashion advice!?

USC Admissions??? please help?

I am going to be a high school senior and I am currently looking at applying to colleges. I love USC, its just one of those places where I feel I could fit in. I have a 3.8 GPA, and a 27 on the ACT. I play varsity volleyball and played JV basketball at my high school. I will have taken 3 AP cles by the time I graduate, and one honors cl. I have hundreds of hours of community service. I am involved in Model UN, Spanish Honor Society, Yearbook, Yoga Club and California Scholarship Federation. What do you think my chances are of getting in? What has more weight on the application? And what topics do the admissions committee like to see in the essay?

to make ur legs look skinnier, i would try wearing flare jeans, and baggy pants maybe. to look like u have a figure i would wear really tight shirts. by the way, if u dont like being so skinny, then i would consider, eating a bunch of junk food today! lol, and u know, being skinny is very good!!! hope i helped :)
