Trying to lose 20 lbs in about 3 months?

Eat at least 1,200 calories a day. Instead of thinking about calories, eat veggies which have more vitamins and minerals. You can loose more than 2 lbs a week through aerobic exercises. Jog, sprint, swim and drink lots and lots of water(depending on how much you sweat)but don't exceed 6 liters. Learn yoga too. A good workout for burning fat is one which can be done with medium difficulty for a long time. Hope this helps as I know it should and hope you reach your goal and a Happy New Year in a couple more hours!!
