A little less than a week ago I swallowed a plastic suction (fake) tongue ring.?

And I went to the doctor because I thought I still felt it in my throat. He said to wait a few days after listening to my chest and looking in my throat because there's no reason something small should get stuck, and if i still felt bad in a few days, go to a gastro doctor for and endoscopy thing. Now I'm feeling nauseas and I still sort of feel it in my throat, but less. Should I go to the gastro guy? If I do, what will happen? I feel like the tongue ring/ball/bead is in my throat close to where your neck and chest meet, a little above that, but I'm nauseas.
