Does anybody have any homemade present ideas?

I am having trouble thinking of ideas! My mom is coming into town for christmas because I never get to see her because I live with my dad but I don't know what to get her! She loves homemade presents so I need those ideas and fast!! I need two because my sister wants to make one two. We are 12 and 8 so some age appropriate ones please.
