Will Nivea Creme (blue tub) make my skin spotty?

I have really sensitive skin. so I wash my face on a morning and evening with luke warm water (no soap or facial wash0 and pat my face dry with a soft, clean towel but my skin is still dry. I've been using the nivea creme for a day now. It makes my skin soft and moisturised but will it give me spots if I continue to use it? I don't put a lot on and I rub it in gently. Thanks in advance for any help :)
